The SCC Chinatown Wholesale Trade Center is the largest facility of its kind in southern Poland and one of the largest in the country, as well as Central Europe. The center covers an area of 20,000 square meters – with 304 retail boxes and 900 parking spaces for customers.
SCC Chinatown is located in Jaworzno, in the district of Deer, in the immediate vicinity of the A4 highway, which runs through five provinces and connects Poland with Germany from the west and Poland with Ukraine from the east. The excellent location makes it possible to reach the center quickly and efficiently from, among others, Katowice (15 km) or Cracow (60 km). In addition, there are two airports close to the center: in Krakow-Balice (40 km) and Katowice-Pyrzowice (50 km).
At the SCC Chinatown Wholesale Trade Center, customers will find a wide selection of footwear, clothing, lingerie, accessories, children’s toys, groceries, power tools and even consumer electronics and appliances, among others. Products imported by tenants come not only from China, but also from France, Italy and Turkey, among others. Our retail boxes are also rented directly from manufacturers. The center is open 6 days a week and on shopping Sundays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., allowing customers to visit at their most convenient time.
